Banker’s Conclave on “Energizing the MSME Sector- The Growth Engine of the Economy”.




March 10, 2013, Hyderabad, India –The Conclave is being held on 9th-10th march, 2013 at Federation of Andhra Pradesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry in association with major Banks.

The Micro, small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have been accepted as the engine of economic growth and for promoting equitable development the major advantage of the Sector are its employment potential at low Capital cost. The MSMEs constitute over 90% of total enterprises in most of the economics and are credited with generating the highest rates of employment growth and account for a major share of industrial production and exports. In recent years, MSME sector has consistently registered higher growth rate compared to the overall industrial Sector.

The conclave is meant to focus on the knowledge dissemination both by the bankers and practitioners through expertly planned presentation on innovation, financial inclusion, technology, risk management and future trends for MSME sectors.

To provide a platform for SME borrowers and prospective entrepreneurs to interact directly the financiers and play a vital role in and to do away with myths about elusive finance.

This Conclave inaugurated on 9th march by Hon’ble Minister for Major Industries, Sugar, Commerce and Export Promotion, Govt. of A.P. has seen the congragation of thse eminent personalities:
