successful model of public-private partnership (PPPmode) between the Govt. of
A.P, Projsha Godrej Foundation and the confederation of Indian Industry (CII) with the technical support of USAID.

GBC Building is the first platinum rated green buildings outside of USA and the
third in the world.The Buildings has transformed a sleepy hamlet studded with
undulation terrain and a rocky landscape to a focal point on all aspects related
to green amidst environs surrounded by the HITECH City and an up-Market
residential area, the 20,000 sq. ft building stands out as a symbol of harmony
between nature and architecture.

is spearheading the green building movement in the country by sensation and
motivating stakeholders to adopt green features in the projects.
