Nov 18, 2012 (Hyd, India): The 8th edition of eIndia 2012 India's largest ICT event, is convened on 15-16 November,2012 at HYD. International Convention Centre, Andhra Pradesh, India. The event is co-hosted by the It and communications Deptt., Govt. of A.P., in association with centre for , leading magazines 'egov', digital Learning, and 'eHealth' are presenting the parallel thematic tracks of governance, education, and healthcare during the two days Conference.
e-India 2012 conference anfd Exhibition is supported by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural organisation(UNESCO), National Council for Educational Research and Training (NCERT), National Assessment and Accredditation Council (NAAC) and Directorate General of employment & Training (DGFT), Ministry of Labour & Employment, Govt. of India, ANdhra Pradesh Technology Supplies (APTS).

e-India Awards Programme ehere 53 Compnaies have been given awards under various categories given for innovationand cexcellence in governance, education and healthcare. A s run upto the event ann essay competition was conducted. The eassay competition saw enthusiastic paricipation from students all over India. Three students who have written the best essays will be awarded.
A major focus of the event is the vibrant Exhibition, where more 100 eminent organaisations from the world of governance, educationand healthcare will diaplay their best ideas and innovation.
